When is the earliest I can check in?
Hotel check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Unfortunately, during busy periods we cannot guarantee accommodation before 2 pm. In case of earlier arrival, we can store your luggage in a locked room. During less busy periods we charge an additional fee of 450 CZK for early check-in.
What is the latest time I can check in?
The reception is open from 7 am to 7 pm.
Hotel check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
In case of later arrival, you will collect the access card from a lockbox at the property address. You will receive the code for the lockbox on the day of arrival.
You can inquire about late arrival options at the hotel reception.
Is it possible to order breakfast upon arrival or during the stay?
Yes, the price of breakfast is 190 CZK/person.
What is the cost of parking for hotel guests?
You can park in the hotel parking lot with a capacity of 15 parking spaces in the area directly under the hotel windows or in the street in front of the hotel.
There is no parking fee. If you still wish to reserve a parking space, the fee is 350 CZK / night.
Can I pay for my accommodation with a credit card?
Yes, all services can be paid for at the hotel reception in cash or with VISA, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
All rooms are accessible only by stairs on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
The family apartment and the apartment with a whirlpool bath are located only on the 3rd floor of the building.
Can I stay at the hotel with a dog?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, you will have to leave your pets at home.
However, try to contact us, it is possible that we will make an exception for a smaller breed 😊.
We charge a small fee of 250 CZK/night for pets.
What time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?
Accommodation must be completed by 10 a.m. In less busy periods, a later departure is possible, for which we charge an additional fee of 450 CZK.
Is it possible to pay with Flexi Passes or other benefit vouchers?
Unfortunately, payment by vouchers is not possible at this time.
Can I pay for corporate accommodation with an invoice after departure?
Payment by invoice is only possible for permanent and regular clients. Unfortunately, we do not allow it for new clients. However, if you send us your billing details well in advance (at least 7 days before arrival), we can issue you an invoice with a due date before the arrival date.
Is it possible to purchase half board for your stay?
Our hotel is classified as a "garni" hotel, so we do not have our own restaurant. You can buy cold and hot drinks in the lobby bar at the reception. We will also be happy to recommend a few of our favorite restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Can we store our bikes at the hotel?
You can lock your bikes with your own lock and leave them in the hotel yard in a locked area.
